I'd like to introduce Daniel Taylor...

He's just joined our IT Support Services team so if you're an IT support service client then you're likely to encounter him sometime soon!

We'd like to welcome and introduce you to our newest IT Helpdesk Support Technician, Daniel Taylor.

Daniel has recently joined us from a large, national IT services company to become the latest member of our experienced IT Support Helpdesk and Consultancy team. He will be based in Hanover Street in Edinburgh.

Daniel is experienced in the IT support service desk world and has provided IT support for a range of organisations across the UK including the Trainline and the Welsh Government.

He has a depth of IT knowledge and skill to help end-users in our client companies but possesses a very patient, genuinely helpful attitude that makes him a great fit for the people-people that make Grant McGregor so different.

I hope you'll find him to be the same and that you'll enjoy working with him in the near future!!
