Copilot Chat for searching, summarising and answering questions using your business data
Copilot in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
Copilot Studio to build agents and workflows
Copilot in Power Automate to automate everyday tasks
Copilot Dashboard to monitor how Copilot is being used across your organisation
Copilot runs inside your Microsoft 365 tenant and follows your existing security, access and data protection policies. Your data stays in your environment and is not used to train public AI models.
Copilot empowers teams across different departments, helping them get through everyday work faster by removing the manual work that fills up their inboxes and to-do lists.

Summarise emails and draft replies directly in Outlook.
Proposals and client documents
Create and refine proposals, letters and reports in Word using your own content and templates.

Copilot Business also includes access to AI agents. They can take on specific jobs and follow rules you define.

Researcher, which can pull together information from multiple sources and produce structured reports.
Analyst, which works through data and produces insights.
For more tailored approach, Copilot Studio lets you build your own agents to support your processes. For example, you could create an agent that helps with customer enquiries or internal requests based on or frequently asked questions
Copilot Business is available for organisations with up to 300 users on Microsoft 365 Business plans, with launch pricing available until 31 March 2026. If you are considering Copilot, starting before April will reduce your long-term licence costs.
