The Outstanding Customer Service Award is linked to external customer recognition, customer thermometer (CSATs) and customer satisfaction.
The Living Our Values Everyday (L.O.V.E) Award relates to peer recognition and internal recognition of performance.
Winners of each quarterly award are put forward for Employee of the Year Award for outstanding contribution and performance. The overall winner is chosen using insights from customer feedback, peer recognition, notable achievements and management review.
At our quarterly State of the Company meeting, we all gather to celebrate the winners of the two awards and also recognise the achievements of the whole team together and individually – with recent customer feedback and heartful mentions from our internal recognition system, shared.
Each quarter, it’s an event filled with positive energy and warm and fuzzies. We can’t wait until the end of the next quarter!
