We’re always proud of our team here at Grant McGregor. But each quarter we also like to recognise individual achievements with our Employee Recognition – Great People Awards.
Congratulations this quarter to our winners Cameron Rendall for the Outstanding Customer Service Award, and Daniel Taylor for the Living Our Values Everyday (L.O.V.E) Award!
The GM Team are all worthy winners, so how do we select who receives the awards? The Outstanding Customer Service Award is linked to external customer recognition, customer thermometer (CSATs) and customer satisfaction. The Living Our Values Everyday (L.O.V.E) Award relates to peer recognition and internal recognition of performance.
Winners of each quarterly award are put forward for Employee of the Year Award for outstanding contribution and performance. The overall winner is chosen using insights from customer feedback, peer recognition, notable achievements and management review.
At our regular Friday team catch-up last week, we were able to celebrate not only the wins of Cammy and Dan, but also recognise the achievements of the whole team together and individually – with recent customer feedback and mentions from our internal recognition system, Karma, shared.
Each quarter, it’s an event filled with positive energy and warm and fuzzies. We can’t wait until the end of the next quarter…
