Service Desk Analyst (Level 2)

Job description

As a Level 2 Service Desk Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring they get the most from their IT. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, handling escalated issues, resolving complex technical challenges, and delivering the kind of customer service that builds lasting trust.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality technical support across Microsoft 365, Azure, and on-premises environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to clients
  • Deliver excellent customer experience by communicating clearly and effectively
  • Support end users across a range of devices and platforms
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and improve processes

Experience required:

  • Minimum 2 years in an IT Service Desk Role
  • Minimum 2 years Microsoft 365 management experience

  • Competitive salary: £28,000–£34,000 per year (depending on experience)
