Job description
As a Level 2 Service Desk Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring they get the most from their IT. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, handling support requests and resolving technical challenges.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support across Microsoft 365, Azure and on-premises environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to clients
- Deliver excellent customer experience by communicating clearly and effectively
- Support end users across a range of devices and platforms
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and improve processes
