Job description
As a Level 2 Service Desk Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring they get the most from their IT. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, handling escalated issues, resolving complex technical challenges, and delivering the kind of customer service that builds lasting trust.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support across Microsoft 365, Azure, and on-premises environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to clients
- Deliver excellent customer experience by communicating clearly and effectively
- Support end users across a range of devices and platforms
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and improve processes
Experience required:
- Minimum 2 years in an IT Service Desk Role
- Minimum 2 years Microsoft 365 management experience
